Hòa Lan có nền kinh tế mạnh, là một trong số 10 nước hàng đầu thế giới về xuất khẩu trong đó xuất khẩu nông sản đứng hàng thứ ba thế giới, sau Hoa Kỳ và Pháp.

Holland has a total area of 41,848 square kilometer and a population of 16,697,800 inhabitants (2011 estimate). Holland has a famous elaborate system of polders and dikes to prevent flooding. Holland has a strong economy, it is one of the world's10 leading exporting countries and is ranked third worldwide in value of agriculture exports (fresh flowers, bulbs, tomatoes,apples, mild ...).
